5272 SF Dental Office Ideal for Families

Reception & Office Space

Beginning in the waiting area, patients may use the self-service kiosks or meet with the receptionist to check-in. Providing both options creates an environment of autonomy and choice, welcoming all patients. The waiting area is spacious and is designed to create a natural separation between visitors.

Through the clinical doors, the check-out is across from a dedicated business manager’s office and consultation space. This area supports an easy transition for more private conversations away from the high-traffic flow of routine dental appointments.

Behind this office-centric space is an imaging alcove tucked farther back off the hall. This helps prevent bottlenecking when in use.

Treatment & Clinical Support

Moving into the clinical zone, treatment rooms line the border of the practice with central clinical support. All 10 treatment rooms are dual-entry with some additional features built-in for enhanced usability by the dental team and patients. There are two larger treatment suites with a patient workstation embedded in the room for longer procedures. Four of the remaining treatment rooms are separated with a divider that may be opened to accommodate families.

The core of the practice contains clinical support including a galley-style sterilization and lab. The sterilization is accessible from both runs of treatment with a third entrance for dirty to clean instrument flow.

Staff Spaces

The final portion and back of the office are dedicated to the team. A bank of private offices is situated on one side while the other houses a large staff lounge space with various amenities including a mother’s room, individual lockers for storage, and flexible seating for breaks or all-team meetings. The back-off also includes a package drop-off near the staff entry to prevent disruption in the front of the office.
